Furthermore, Tim is a recipient of the City of Burnaby's "Local Hero Award" and Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver "Realtor of the Year 2000" award in recognition of his ongoing and extensive volunteer commitment and community service. In 2003, out of over 600 potential candidates, Tim was voted the Burnaby Now "Reader's Choice" award as the "Best Realtor for 2003".
